Boarding the bus
- I am unable to swipe my boarding pass
- How do I get on the bus on service day?
- If I do not have the boarding pass but there are available seats, am I still allowed to board the bus ?
- Will the app inform us what is the bus vehicle number that we should board? There could be multiple buses at Lonza site when going back home. How do we know the location that the bus is going?
- What if my phone has run out of battery and could not show my boarding pass? Or I left my phone at home, will my Lonza badge prove that I am Lonza employees? Can the driver see my booking?
- Where will my bus pick me up from?
- I am an office worker, where do I find my bus for the 4:50pm/4:30pm Work to Home service?
- Is my Pick-up/Drop-off Stop restricted to MRT stops only?
- How do I view my boarding pass?
- I am unable to present my boarding pass to the bus driver but I have a Lonza Employee pass
