What if my phone has run out of battery and could not show my boarding pass? Or I left my phone at home, will my Lonza badge prove that I am Lonza employees? Can the driver see my booking?

You can verify your boarding pass by using your Name and last 4 digits of your phone number used for registration as an identifier, it will be good if you have a Lonza badge/ID tag to proof that you are a Lonza Employee as well. The driver will then manually onboard you.
