We have a strict policy that a valid boarding pass is required before you are able to board the bus. A valid Lonza Employee Pass is not accepted as a substitute to the boarding pass from SWATBiz app. This policy is part of our contact tracing measure.
Please ensure that you have a valid boarding pass with you before you head down to the assigned MRT stop. We seek your understanding on this.
If you forgot to bring your phone or your phone has no battery, you can request the driver to manually board you onto the pass using your Name and last 4 digits of your phone number used for registration, provided you have a valid booking made through the SWATBiz Application.
