If you have accepted your booking confirmation during the Priority 1 booking acceptance window, your seat on the bus has been reserved for the 2-month transport pass.
If there are insufficient seats on the actual ride day due to a smaller vehicle being deployed, please ensure that you have a valid boarding pass and seek alternative transport. You will be eligible for taxi claims as long as you are able to present relevant details. Taxi claims form can be found here.
