The service system will be able to check if you have failed to board the bus , and your name will be given to your respective Head of Department for review.
Employees who did not cancel their booking and did not board the bus (no show) for 15 or more times will have their commute pass bookings for the following week cancelled. Passengers will have to re-book their trips as single riders. This will start from July 2023.
I.e. If you have 15 or more times no show records on 12 July 2023, your commute pass bookings for the following week, 17 to 23 July 2023, will be cancelled.
Please cancel your ride as soon as you are aware that you do not need the transport service for that day as this will help empty your reserved seats for other colleagues that are in need of the transport service.
