The commute pass allows you to make a transport service booking for the next 2 months.
There are 3 different booking stages:
1a. Priority 1 Booking
- Priority 1 booking is only available to full-time Lonza employees that has been whitelisted by your transport committee department( follow the illustration below)
1b. Priority 1 booking acceptance
- After the routes are generated by SWAT, SWAT will accept all the generated fixed routes
- Login to the app to check the assigned stops
- If you would like to amend your assigned stop or shift, write in to SWAT via the in-app feedback channel
2. Priority 2 booking
- Interns, full time employees who joined after Priority 1 booking closed or missed Priority 1 booking will be able to book the service during Priority 2 booking (follow illustration below)
- You can only book your 2-month transport pass based on the MRT Pick-up/Drop-off stops generated, subjected to seat availability.
3. Single Ride Bookings
- The Single Ride Booking allows you to book individual rides on days that are not included in the 2-month transport schedule that you booked onto.
- In the case that you have missed the booking window for Priority 1 & 2 bookings, you can do single ride bookings after Priority 2 booking window closes, up to 3 hours before the service start time.(Follow the illustration below)
- You can start booking overtime (OT) buses during this window. *note that these is limited seats on the overtime bus everyday* Follow the "overtime bus booking flow" to reserve your seat on the overtime bus.
