Where do I start to make a booking?

Firstly, register your employee ID into the SWATBiz Application. (Click here for the registration flow)

 

Actions to make a booking is dependent on the stage of the current booking cycle. (Refer to Booking Timeline here to check which stage of booking you are currently at.) 

Priority 1 booking:

  1. Make a priority 1 booking for your 2-month transport pass starting next month (Learn to make a priority 1 booking here)
  1. You can use the Single Trip Booking flow to book your rides for the rest of the 2 months (Learn to make a Single Trip Booking here)

 Priority 2 Booking:

  1. Make a Priority 2 booking to book your rides for your 2-month transport pass starting next month( Learn to make a priority 2 booking here)
  2. You can use the Single Trip Booking flow to book your rides for the rest of the 2 months (Learn to make a Single Trip Booking here)

Single Trip Booking:

  1. You will use the Single Trip Booking flow to book your rides for the rest of the 2 months (Learn to make a Single Trip Booking here)
  2. Remember to book your 2-month transport pass when the Priority 1 Booking window opens again. ( Learn to make a priority 1 booking here)
