Ensure that you are enrolled by Lonza Transport Committee into the system, then register for your account.
Ensure that location services and in-app notifications are enabled for the SWATBiz application.
Have your Employee ID and phone number ready to register your account.
- Enter your company: “LONZA” and full Employee ID in the first view, then click 'Next'.
- Set your Password.
- Your password will need to contain at least 8 characters
- At least 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase and 1 number
- Enter your SMS OTP to validate your account.
- Ensure that the phone number you have input can receive the OTP
- Enter your home location
Once done, you can start booking your 2-month transport pass.
